Regional Strategic Planner Assistant Manager (RSP Ass.Man)
Location: Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Barat
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Minimum S1/S2 (preferably with a background of Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering) with a minimum GPA of 3:00 Universities.
- Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the same field. Understanding TQM, PDCA, Corporate Planning, QCC, Balance Scorecard. Mastering MS Office (word, excel, power point) as well.
- Creative, high initiative, good communication, persistent, integrity, high morale and self-reliant.
- Responsible for analyzing the performance of each branch, both from the aspect of marketing, collection, credit analysts and administration and ensure the review process implemented at all levels and achieve the target. Creating a summary report analyzes in detail the results of its implementation.
- Domicile in Sulawesi or willing to be placed in Sulawesi

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing the performance of each branch, both from the aspect of marketing, collection, credit analysts and administration and ensure the review process implemented at all levels and achieve the target. Creating a summary report analyzes in detail the results of its implementation
