BUSINESS CONSULTANT (BC)

Responsibilities :

• Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments. Provide superior personal and professional service solution for our clients.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from All Major (Engineering more preferred)
2. Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
3. Maximum 27 years old  in 2012
4. Proficient in English both oral and written
5. High interest in marketing and sales (have experience in marketing more preferred)
6. Have creativity to entertain and make a deal with customer
7. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
8. Able to join the company immediately
9. Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA.

PARTS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF (PBD)

Responsibilities :

• Implementing unique combination creativity and analytical talents for creating and develop new product. Research new component and parts for agro industrial product and evaluate them objectively from market  and financial perspective.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering (Mechanical Engineering more preferred)
2. Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
3. Maximum 27 years old in 2012
4. Proficient in English both oral and written
5. Interested in research and development in agro industry sectors
6. Ability to read and analyze statistical data & summarize final report about new parts product
7. Have a passion in technical engineering to develop every detail of agro and industrial parts product
8. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
9. Having experience in computer skill related in product development is more preferred.
10. Willingness to be placed in all around customer site to conduct survey and new potential market research

Branch Business Control (BBC)

Responsibilities

1. Monitor implementing of activities related to parts business both of sales and accounts receivable especially for the treated area in achieving the set targets.
2. Maintain and expand sales in order to increase market share

Qualifications

1. Diploma Degree (D3) from All Engineering Major (Information Technology more preferred)
2. Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
3. Maximum age of 25 years old
4. Fluent in English both oral and written
5. Computer literacy is a must
6. Having good analytical thinking, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
7. Able to join the company immediately
8. Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA.
9. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

BUSINESS CONSULTANT RENTAL (BCR)

Responsibilities :

1. Diploma Degree (D3) from Engineering (Mechanical engineering more preferred)
2. Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
3. Maximum age of 25 years old
4. Fluent in English both oral and written
5. High interest in Marketing
6. Having experience in Heavy Equipment Business is more preferred
7. Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
8. Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA.
