Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage all land acquisition matters, dealing and negotiating with the local community and relevant government body
• Approach Government body relating with land acquisition and Community Development matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law preferably
• Preferably has experience in Agribusiness sector
• Good communication and social skills
• Strong network amongst local governor and law enforcement bodies
• High level of integrity

Project Manager Specialist
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• To integrate & synchronize all main projects under each division at telecommunication business unit.
• To make sure all main projects in each division follow the project management standard
• To facilitate coordination meeting among divisions related to the projects’ issues
• To take action and or recommendation related to the projects’ issues
• To update regularly the progress status of the projects in front of the Board of Directors

Requirements:

• Having international certification on Project Management Professional
• Bachelor degree or post graduate from any disciplines
• Having experience in telecommunication project management at least 5 years
• Good communication skill
• Capable in Microsoft Project
• Good presentation skill in English
• Capable to work under pressure
• Eager to learn & teachable

IT Compliance Development Head
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of IT Standards and Policy to ensure good security
• Review and monitor the implementation of standardization and compliance towards existing IT procedures and regulations
• Monitor every project implementation/ SAP enhancement and non SAP including the implementation of procedure
• Ongoing review of data and procedures in relation to the control, accuracy as well as timeline
• Ability to provide recommendations in development area as a result of project and procedure review
• Review and analyze the implementation of security control from system design
• Coordinate with relevant departments/ divisions to ensure maximum contribution in relation to system information
• As external audit liaison when needed

Requirements:

• Min. 6 – 8 years of experience in similar role
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skill
• Possesses SAP knowledge and exposure is an advantage

System Planning & Design Specialist – Financial Accounting / FICO
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain, design and document business blueprints
• Responsible to create and maintain application roadmap and standard design.
• Verify every user’s change request against application roadmap, standard design and IT guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 majoring in Information management, information system, computer science, or MBA.
• Specific skill in area of SAP Financial Accounting which cover SAP module FI, CO, TR, PS, IM.
• Preferably familiar with ARIS tool.
• Minimum 5 year experience
