MMDP – Metro TV Management Develpoment Program
- Development Program for Human Resources and General Affair / Finance & Accounting / Sales Marketing
- TOEFL score min 450
- Preferably hold a Bachelor degree from Management, Psychology, Law, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information System Actively involved in organization activists is an advantage
JDP – Journalist Development Program

- TOEFL Score min 500
CamDP – Camera Person Development Program
- Development Program for Camera Person
- Minimum Height 170 cm
- Have perfect eyesight; Not Color-Blind
- Interested in Photography and Journalistic
- TOEFL Score min 450
Compensation and Benefit Manager (CB-Mgr)
- Male, 32 – 36 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- Min 5 years experience in C & B Function (not just payroll or administration)
- Have experience in develop / design C & B system & policy, particularly fixed and variable income & benefit (allowance)
- Strong in numerical, detail, analytical and conceptual thinking
- Proficient in English
